Beginners Training
An in-person practical course for beginners in mobile maintenance, covering disassembly, assembly, screen refurbishment, basic soldering, measurement, diagnostics, and board fault understanding.
Overview
Beginners Training is designed for people starting in mobile maintenance or those who need structured practical foundations in handling devices, basic parts, soldering, and diagnostics.
Target Audience
- People who have not worked in mobile maintenance before.
- People already in the field who have never handled soldering work.
- People who left the field for at least 6 years.
- If a trainee already practices in the field and is above these groups, Beginners Training is not suitable; practitioner-level or professional training is more appropriate.
Methodology
- Hands-on training in disassembly, assembly, identifying basic part faults, and factory-level phone closing.
- Training in screen refurbishment, glass separation, and professional pressing.
- Training in soldering with modern equipment: components, microphones, metal or plastic connectors, and free IC lifting, placement, and reballing.
- Training in inspection, measurement, discovering core board components, understanding their functions, and identifying their faults.
- Training in using the multimeter, power supply, and charging tester to identify faults.
- Training in schematic software and using it to locate component and IC faults.
- Methods for removing shorts and leakage on the board.
- General study of circuit concepts and how they work.
