General Rule

Digital subscriptions and digital services are non-refundable once activated or used.

Refunds May Be Reviewed In These Cases

  • Duplicate payment for the same subscription or service.
  • Payment completed but the purchased service was not activated.
  • Technical failure preventing access to the purchased service.
  • Wrong charge caused by an error in our systems.

No Refund Is Provided For

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused subscription period after activation.
  • User error.
  • Account misuse.
  • Downloaded or accessed digital content.
  • Expired subscription period.

How to Submit a Refund Request

All refund requests must be submitted through Contact Us, along with payment proof and the email address registered on the account.
