General Rule
Digital subscriptions and digital services are non-refundable once activated or used.
Refunds May Be Reviewed In These Cases
- Duplicate payment for the same subscription or service.
- Payment completed but the purchased service was not activated.
- Technical failure preventing access to the purchased service.
- Wrong charge caused by an error in our systems.
No Refund Is Provided For
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Unused subscription period after activation.
- User error.
- Account misuse.
- Downloaded or accessed digital content.
- Expired subscription period.
How to Submit a Refund Request
All refund requests must be submitted through Contact Us, along with payment proof and the email address registered on the account.
