A professional cross-platform case-contribution platform — Windows and macOS are the primary daily workspace, with Android and iOS companion apps for field use. Submit real repair cases (device, fault, diagnosis, fix), reviewed by admins, feeding the shared device-knowledge base that powers YM Assistant TOOL and YM Diag. Contributors earn rewards based on published case volume.
